In our campsite you can find many different accommodation opportunities, with different price ranges according to your preferences. You can choose to experience camping directly in your caravan, camper or tent or in one of our mobile homes and tents already equipped.
The type of accommodation you choose, the period of your stay (medium or high season) and the number of guests will help you to determine the exact daily price of your holiday.

The prices here displayed include one vehicle per pitch, warm showers, warm water, electricity (European Industrial CEE-6 Amp socket available only), access to the swimming pool when open. The city tax* is not included and it accounts for € 1,50 per person per day.
*From 1st November 2015, anyone staying in the Trentino Region is required to pay a tourist tax, according to Trentino Provincial Law no. 8/2002, §16-bis. The tax is due per person, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Guests under 14 years of age are exempt.

To confirm your booking, you need to pay the deposit (equal to two nights). The payment can be made via:
The rest of the stay must be paid in full on the day of arrival, even in the event of late arrival or early departure, using one of the following methods:
If you wish to pay the remaining amount before arriving at the campsite, you can contact us by email (info@campingzoo.it). We will communicate the amount (excluding the tourist tax which must be paid on site) and the bank details to make the bank transfer.
The booking can be modified, depending on availability, up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this date (14-0 days before arrival) it will not be possible to make changes to the booked period. The booked period must be paid in full even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
The deposit equal to the amount of two nights will be returned through the same method used for payment (we will charge the transaction cost equal to 1%), ONLY if the cancellation is communicated to us by email within 15 days of the arrival date. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted.
After this date (14-0 days before arrival) the entire deposit paid will be retained.
The booked period must be paid in full even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
The payment of the deposit by the customer confirms acceptance of the conditions set out herein as this act is deemed to have concluded the Booking Contract.
You can request to stay close to someone or request pitch numbers (we always recommend including multiple numbers) but we do not guarantee 100% that this request will be satisfied. The pitch or accommodation number will in fact be assigned by the management based on availability without this giving rise to complaints.
PITCHES:
Check in will be possible ONLY from 2:00 pm as customers already on site have the possibility of remaining on the pitch until that time. It is advisable to plan the trip according to this time.
ACCOMMODATION (MOBILE HOMES or COCO TENT):
Check in will be possible from 4:00 pm.
While check out must be done by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 by handing over the keys at the reception, the kind guests can then stay inside the campsite until 14:00 using the services available.
