The deposit will be refunded using the same method used for payment (excluding booking fees), ONLY if the cancellation is communicated to us by email within 30 days of the arrival date. We do not accept cancellations by phone. After this date (29-0 days before arrival), the
entire deposit paid will be retained.

• The reservation can be changed depending on availability up to 30 days before the
  arrival date. After this date (29-0 days before arrival), it will not be possible to make changes to the booked period.
• Furthermore, the booked period must be paid in full even in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Payment of the deposit by the customer confirms acceptance of the conditions set out herein, as this act is considered to conclude the Booking Contract.

You can request to be near someone or request pitch numbers (we always recommend including multiple numbers), but we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. The pitch or accommodation number will be assigned by management based on availability, and this does not give rise to complaints.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. However, you can stay at the campsite until 2:00 PM.

Check-in will be possible ONLY from 2:00 PM, as guests already on site can stay on their pitch until that time. We recommend planning your trip accordingly.
