The Camping Zoo does not have a freezer for public usage. It is not possible to ice bottles of water or any other unsealed container such as dry travel ice. Anyhow, we offer fridge box-spaces for 2,00€ per day
Camping Zoo does offer a common cooking area at the pic-nic and barbecue point under a gazebo.
All accommodations are equipped with cutlery, a fridge and a microwave.
Yes, the cooling box is available on a fee, the price is of 2€ per day and includes a key for your unique usage. It is not possible to book the fridge box prio arrival, when checking in you will be able to request your cooling box (not a freezer).
Camping Zoo has 2 swimming pools, the children’s one has a height of 0.5m while the bigger one has a depth between 1m to 2m. The opening period depends on the Season temperatures. Please check our Facebook page to stay up to date with the opening.
At Camping Zoo you can also reserve bikes on site when you check in. The price does not vary depending on the duration of the rental.

Your pets are welcome at Camping Zoo, we kindly ask you to keep them on a leash during your stay. The cost of stay for the dog is €3.00 per night.
The Camping Zoo is 1.5Km far from the center of the town of Arco and from the nearest puclic transport. The closest bus stop is located in Piazza Italia 10, or Viale Arciprete Francesco Santoni 20.

All accommodations and pitches (a part the Mini Place) at Camping Zoo include one parking place. If you’d like to use the common parking place inside the camping the cost per day of the vehicle will be of 5€.

The access to the camping for registered guests is possible between 7:00 and 23:00.
When booking at Camping Zoo, you must pay a deposit (equal to the cost of two nights). The balance can be paid on site by debit card or cash.
We are sorry but it is not possible to book the day before arrival. Reservations in July and August close 7 days before arrival, in the other months between 7 days and 48h, depending on the expected arrival volume. Call us to check availability +390464-516232.
The tourist tax of 1,50 € per person (over 14 years) is not included in the prices you find on our site. If you have a dog the additional cost will be of 3 € per day.
The deposit will be refunded via the same payment method used (we will charge a 1% transaction fee) ONLY if the cancellation is notified by email within 30 days of the arrival date. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. After this date (29-0 days before arrival), the entire deposit will be retained.
The reservation can be modified, subject to availability, up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this date (29-0 days before arrival), it will not be possible to make changes to the booked period.
Furthermore, the booked period must be paid in full, even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Payment of the deposit by the guest confirms acceptance of the conditions set forth herein, as this act constitutes the conclusion of the Booking Contract.

Cycle paths in the Trentino Alto Garda area reach 400Km of lenghts, you can find out more on the tourist-area website. The Torbole sul Garda – Sarche cycle path is the closest and the access is located at about 1,5Km from the Camping Zoo, it will connect you from Arco to Torbole on the Lake of Garda.
The Camping Zoo offers a boulder area and a big playground in the area close to the swimming pool. In the area, at 10.8Km you can find the Busatte Adventure.
